Why Online Personal Training?

Online personal training is the most flexible, cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals and feel like yourself again! Training three times a week with a personal trainer can cost more than $1000 a month. If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you (without having to cart your babies around or the expense and hassle of finding childcare), at the fraction of the cost of in-person training, then online training is for you!

Online training is the perfect fit for busy mamas whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, recently-postpartum, or just plain busy! You can still get fit even if your schedule is crazy and your budget is tight! No running late or missing a session because your toddler spent a half-hour tying their shoes or you baby had another blowout! Plus, you are getting a professionally designed fitness plan and nutrition guidance built around YOUR needs to fit into YOUR life and not the other way around.

I have 8 years of experience and multiple certifications that qualify me to train prenatal and postpartum women.  I also have two kids of my own so I know firsthand what it’s like!  I know how to address common core and pelvic floor concerns and how to get you looking, feeling, and performing your best!

What does Online Personal Training include?

You'll receive a customized workout program created specifically for you and your goals. I’ll design a program utilizing the resources that you already have available.  You can workout in the location of your choice including your own home, outdoors, or local fitness facility.  Your workouts will incorporate as much or as little equipment as you have accessible!

You will also receive customized nutrition coaching which will help you develop healthy habits to last a lifetime.  My nutrition philosophy focuses on educating my clients to make smart food choices that fit with your lifestyle, goals, and preferences.  I will help you establish eating habits that will set you up for a lifetime of health so that you will never need another restrictive diet program ever again!  I believe in sustainable changes that add up to big results over time. You don't need more stress or to sacrifice your health and sanity to achieve your goals and feel comfortable with your body!

Coaching is a partnership.  You and I will work together to achieve your goals.  The clients who get the best results are the ones who are the most committed to the process and willing to put in the time and effort.  In order to help you invest in yourself and your goals, I require a minimum 3 month commitment.  After 3 months, all coaching programs auto-renew on a monthly basis and can be canceled at anytime.  I refuse to lie and manipulate my clients into believing that a quick fix or magic pill will solve all their problems.  The truth is that lasting results take time to achieve.  Keep in mind that my main goal is for you to never need another coach, restrictive diet program, "miracle" shake, wrap or crazy supplement ever again! 3 months of coaching is a small investment to completely transform your relationship with food and your body!

What are the advantages of Online Personal Training?

  • Scheduling is a never an issue! You workout when it’s convenient for you!
  • Your results are my first priority.  With online training, I can accommodate your specific needs, schedule, capability, and more!
  • You work out whenever and wherever you want, but still get the benefit of a personalized program and ongoing support and accountability.
  • You don't need to go to a gym, if you don't want to! Many of my clients train in their own homes with minimal equipment.
  • It's an insane value. I know budgets are tight especially when you are expecting or have a new baby. Online training is cheaper than in-person training but you are still getting the knowledge and expertise of a fitness professional that specializes in fitness and nutrition for mama's.
  • Location is not a factor. If you think we would be a good fit, I can train you no matter where in the world you are located!

Is Kimberly the right coach for me?

If you are looking for broken promises, extreme/restrictive diets, and a black-and-white perspective of health and fitness, then I am not the trainer for you.  ​Real, lasting results take time and dedication. I am here to support you throughout your fitness journey but we are in this together.  I only take on clients that are willing to put in the work and who want to learn how to be the best version of themselves possible!

I don’t believe in extremes in any area of life, especially not health and fitness.  So, when it comes to training and nutrition, I take a moderate, sustainable approach that helps you achieve your goals and maintain your progress for the long haul.  I don’t believe in only lifting three-pound weights but I also realize that not everyone can or wants to squat 200 pounds.  As your coach, I will meet you where you are at. I will help you achieve your goals in a way that is enjoyable and works for you!

I specialize in prenatal and postpartum and women’s fitness.  My clients seek me out because they want to get their healthiest before they conceive, to have their healthiest pregnancy possible or to recover and return to fitness safely after having a baby. And make no mistake, if you have had a baby, you are forever postpartum which requires taking a specialized approach to health and fitness. Whether you had a baby 8 weeks or 8 years ago, my number one priority is to help you achieve your goals and feel confident again! How good would it feel to get fit and to actually love your body?!
